WHAT IS COVERED

✓Defects in the EVA foam core, nylon webbing, mesh, PU-coated exterior and soft-touch interior

✓Manufacturing defects in stitching, binding and trim

✓Defective storage-pouch zipper under normal use

✓Structural failure of the fold system under normal storage and use

✓Six-point suction mounting system under normal conditions

✓Mesh separation from the shield body under normal use

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

×Misuse, abuse, accident or neglect

×Use while driving

×Normal fading, soiling or surface scuffs

×Improper cleaning or harsh chemicals

×Cosmetic damage that does not affect function

×Products from unauthorized resellers

×Damage caused by acts of nature

IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE

Do not use while driving.

Installing, using or adjusting the VDPS while driving creates a serious safety hazard and voids the warranty.

Limitation of liability

Parked Innovations’ liability under this warranty is limited to replacement of the defective product. Parked Innovations is not liable for incidental, special or consequential damages. The warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only.
