Pre-Order Terms

Nature of a Preorder

The VDPS is being offered as part of its first production run and is not currently available for immediate shipment.

Placing a preorder reserves your position for future fulfillment. It does not mean that the product is currently in stock or ready to ship.

Estimated fulfillment is expected to begin in Spring 2027. This is a good-faith estimate based on current manufacturing, freight, customs and fulfillment information. It is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Payment

Payment is authorized or collected when the preorder is placed, according to the payment method selected at checkout.

Customers using Afterpay or another installment provider remain subject to that provider’s payment terms. A refund for an eligible Afterpay order will be returned through the Afterpay account and payment method used for the purchase.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and discounts will be displayed at checkout.

Order Confirmation and Acceptance

An order-confirmation email acknowledges that we received your preorder. It does not constitute final acceptance if:

Payment cannot be verified;
The order appears fraudulent or unauthorized;
A material pricing or product-description error occurred;
The product cannot be produced or fulfilled; or
The order violates these Preorder Terms.

If Parked Innovations cancels a prepaid preorder before shipment, the customer will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the canceled merchandise.

Preorder Cancellations

VDPS preorders may be cancelled for a full refund through October 31, 2026; after that date, payments are nonrefundable because funds have been committed to manufacturing and production, except as required by law.

No cancellation fee or $7.99 restocking fee applies to a preorder canceled on or before October 31, 2026.

To request cancellation, email customersupport@parkedinnovations.com with your name and order number. Cancellation requests received by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on October 31, 2026, are eligible for a full refund and will be confirmed by Parked Innovations by email.

After October 31, 2026, preorders cannot be cancelled or changed, except as required by law. After shipment or delivery, the standard Return & Refund Policy applies.

Approved preorder refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank, credit-card company or installment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

Production and Shipping Schedule

Parked Innovations will maintain a reasonable basis for its estimated shipment schedule and will provide order updates when material information becomes available.

Manufacturing, freight, customs, port operations, carrier service and other events may affect the schedule. These circumstances do not eliminate the customer’s applicable cancellation and refund rights.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address and shipping address. Address changes should be submitted before fulfillment processing begins. Parked Innovations is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Delayed Shipment

If Parked Innovations learns that it cannot ship within the previously communicated timeframe, affected customers will be notified and provided with:

The revised estimated shipment date, if one is reasonably available;
Instructions for accepting the revised schedule when affirmative consent is required; and
The option to cancel the unshipped order for a full and prompt refund.

If a customer declines the revised schedule, or if an order must be canceled under applicable law, Parked Innovations will refund the full amount paid for the unshipped merchandise, including applicable shipping charges and taxes.

Nothing in these Preorder Terms limits any delay-notification, cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law.

Product Specifications and Reasonable Variations

The VDPS is undergoing final production preparation. Final products may contain minor, non-material variations in color, texture, stitching, packaging, component placement or other manufacturing details.

Parked Innovations will not substitute a materially different product without the customer’s consent. If a material change is made to an advertised feature that could reasonably affect a customer’s purchasing decision, affected customers will be notified and may cancel for a full refund before shipment.

Returns After Delivery

After delivery, eligible consumer purchases may be returned within 30 days in accordance with the Parked Innovations Return & Refund Policy.

Standard post-delivery returns must be unused, in original condition, include the original packaging and proof of purchase, and receive prior return authorization.

The existing $7.99 restocking fee applies only to eligible standard returns after delivery. It does not apply to:

Preorders properly canceled before fulfillment processing;
Defective products;
Products damaged in transit; or
Incorrect products shipped by Parked Innovations.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

Customers should report products that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect within seven days of delivery by emailing customersupport@parkedinnovations.com with the order number and supporting photographs.

For an approved claim, Parked Innovations will provide an appropriate replacement or refund and cover the authorized return-shipping cost.

Manufacturing defects may also qualify for coverage under the Lifetime Limited Warranty.

Product Use and Safety

The VDPS is intended for use only while a vehicle is parked.

DO NOT INSTALL, ADJUST OR USE THE VDPS WHILE DRIVING. REMOVE THE VDPS COMPLETELY BEFORE OPERATING THE VEHICLE.

The privacy effect depends on lighting conditions, window tint, viewing distance, viewing angle and the relative brightness inside and outside the vehicle. The VDPS performs best in vehicles with tinted windows but does not guarantee complete invisibility, concealment or personal security.

Customers remain responsible for following vehicle-manufacturer instructions and all applicable traffic, visibility and safety laws.

Communications

By placing a preorder, you agree to receive transactional communications concerning payment, production, delays, shipping, cancellation, refunds, safety notices and other information necessary to fulfill or administer your order.

Transactional messages are not marketing communications and may be sent even if you have opted out of promotional email.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parked Innovations will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages arising from a preorder or delayed shipment.

Parked Innovations’ total liability relating to a preorder will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order, except where a greater remedy is required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Preorder Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Governing Law

These Preorder Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Customers may also possess rights under the laws of the state or jurisdiction in which they reside.

Nothing in these Preorder Terms is intended to waive rights that cannot legally be waived.

Changes to These Terms

The Preorder Terms in effect when an order is placed will govern that preorder unless a later change is required by law or expressly accepted by the customer.

Parked Innovations may update these terms for future orders by publishing a revised version and updated effective date on the website.
