Policy Overview

Parked Innovations, LLC sets a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) of $124.99 USD for the Vehicle Dash Privacy Shield. This MAP applies to all public-facing advertised prices including but not limited to: online listings, e-commerce product pages, Amazon listings, social media advertisements, printed flyers, email promotions, and any other form of public advertising or marketing communication.

Authorized resellers may sell the Vehicle Dash Privacy Shield at any price they choose. However, they may not advertise the product below the MAP of $124.99 in any public-facing channel.

What MAP Covers

The MAP applies to all publicly visible advertised prices. The following are considered advertised prices subject to this policy:

• Product listing prices on any e-commerce platform including Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, Shopify stores, and all other online retail channels
• Prices displayed on retailer websites, landing pages, and product pages
• Prices shown in paid digital advertisements including Google Shopping, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and TikTok Ads
• Prices included in email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional blasts
• Prices shown in printed circulars, catalogs, flyers, and in-store signage visible outside the physical store
• Prices announced or displayed in social media posts, videos, or live streams
• Prices shown during checkout processes that are publicly accessible without account login

What MAP Does Not Cover

The following are not considered advertised prices and are therefore not subject to this MAP Policy:

• Prices offered privately to individual customers after direct negotiation, not publicly displayed
• Prices offered to employees, loyalty program members, or verified repeat customers through a private, login-gated portal
• Bundle pricing where the Vehicle Dash Privacy Shield is sold as part of a multi-product bundle, provided the individual unit price is not advertised below MAP
• Prices offered to government agencies, non-profit organizations, or fleet accounts through private purchase orders

Compliance Expectations

All authorized wholesale accounts are expected to actively monitor their own listings and advertising to ensure compliance with this policy. Compliance includes:

• Setting all publicly visible product listing prices at or above $124.99 at all times
• Ensuring third-party marketplace listings (Amazon third-party sellers, eBay, etc.) are priced at or above MAP
• Monitoring any sub-accounts, affiliates, or drop-ship partners who may be advertising the product on your behalf
• Promptly correcting any MAP violations discovered within your own channels within 48 hours of identification

Violations & Consequences

Parked Innovations, LLC reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a violation has occurred and what consequence is appropriate. All decisions are final.

Policy Modifications

Parked Innovations, LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue this MAP Policy at any time with 30 days written notice to all active wholesale accounts. Continued sale of the Vehicle Dash Privacy Shield following notification of a policy change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

The current MAP and any updates will always be available on our wholesale portal at vehicledashprivacyshield.com.

Governing Law

This MAP Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or related to this policy shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
